I explained that I am an existing customer and that I already have access to Adobe XD as part of my current subscription (I even told them that when log into my Adobe account I can clearly see that Adobe XD is included in my account) and every time I was told that it's not possible. I contacted Adobe THREE TIMES and every time they confirmed that Adobe XD Starter Plan is no longer available. I was finally able to fix this issue after wasting hours. > See reply from Rishabh_Tiwari on June 2, 2023), but whenever you contact Adobe (via chat or by phone) they don't know about that, and they keep saying that the Starter Plan is no longer available. Apparently, the Starter Plan is in fact available for free for existing users (. I can't believe Adobe is so bad at communicating with their customers, and to be honest, their own employees don't even know how things work.
